Main advantages to Transfer Printing

We can print thousands of colour combinations and gradients to reproduce pretty much any logo, no matter how complex. From single colour plastisol transfers to multicolour brand logos. There really are no limitations!

Fast Turnaround

Transfers can be printed and applied to garments in hardly any time at all. There is very little setup involved. Unlike more traditional types of printing that can take longer to setup, especially with more complex artwork. When transfer printing t shirts, we just require you to send your custom design and your order details and we’re ready to print!

Low Minimum Print Runs

Transfers are applied using heat and pressure (a heat press). We will print a minimum of 20 transfers per design if required. Any left over transfers can be stored for future orders. While you will benefit slightly from bulk discounts, there are no setup charges meaning that printing low quantities is still very affordable.

Fast Turnaround

Transfer printing, much like DTG is not charged per colour, so no setup charges are applied. Whether you opt for single colour plastisol or full colour printing, the price will remain constant and only change with the size of the image or artwork.

Turnaround Times

Standard print turnaround times are 5-10 working days from artwork approval and payment. Finishing (neck tagging, folding or bagging) extras will add 1-2 days to your order. However, if you need to meet a deadline, we do offer an express service.

Complex Designs Easily Printed

As this print method is a hybrid of screen and digital, complex designs can be printed with ease - for example full colour photographs, intricate designs or small text. It would be much more difficult with alternative methods and impossible with others. Our transfers are a great alternative to PVC/Vinyl. Multi-coloured artwork is printed using waterbased inks so they are more eco-friendly. They have excellent durability, stretch and wash fastness - even at higher temperatures.  Available for use on cotton, poly/cotton, 100% polyester, soft-shell fabrics and now even on masks! For large runs with multiple colours screen printing will probably be a better option.
