Usual turnaround is 10 working days plus delivery time. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. We start when your payment has cleared and we have all the relevant information to complete your order. Complex designs or orders with finishings may increase turnaround time by a couple of days. If you have a deadline, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee charge will be applied. The longer you take to approve mockups etc. the longer the order will take. Circumstances out of our control are not factored into the turnaround time estimated.

From time to time some garments can be damaged during printing or be supplied with imperfections. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. It’s recommended ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference. Sometimes you may even get a couple of extras!

We mix inks using Pantone solid coated colours. If artwork isn’t supplied to us in Pantone colours then we’ll find the closest match. There is a £10 charge, per colour for exact Pantone matching. Stock ink colours are free.

Depending on the garment, we can often use a white discharge ink. Many grey ink shades on dark shirts are usually priced as 1 colour. Other ink colours that are a lighter colour than the garment fabric will be charged as 2 colours as they require an additional underbase to get a bright finish.

Back prints/neck prints are charged as an additional print. If you want any additional prints, just state in your quote request & we’ll send over a price!
