Flood’s maximum standard screen size is 380mm wide X 440mm long.

All Files must be at least 300 PPI or a Vector File is best. Preferred file types are .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF, .TIF, and .JPG.

Designs should be sized to print. See our Artwork Requirements page for more details. Orders cannot commence until we have artwork in the correct artwork.

Usual turnaround is 12-15 working days plus delivery time. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. We start when your payment has cleared and we have all the relevant information to complete your order.

Complex designs or orders with finishings may increase turnaround time by a couple of days. If you have a deadline, you must let us know when placing your order. A rush fee will be applied to any print run needed sooner than standard.

The longer you take to approve mockups etc. the longer the order will take. Circumstances out of our control are not factored into the turnaround time estimated.

We can print an order as small as 10 items (DTG, Embroidery, Transfers) 20 items (Screen Printing) per design but there will be some restrictions on size and number of colours available. We recommend printing a minimum of 50 items for the best price.

You must order at least 10 of each garment colour.  Different T-shirt colours are okay as long as the ink colours stay the same for your design. If you want to change ink colours, the minimum is 20 per ink colour. After that an ink colour change will apply.

We can source and print on pretty much anything textile based and flat!

Most poplular brands we use are Stanley & Stella, AS Colour and Continental Clothing. We print hundreds of different garment styles brands, too many to list. If you’ve got something in mind, just drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do!

Every brand has a different colour chart. Although Gildan are not the best quality they have the biggest selection. Most brands have a really good selection to choose from in there most popular styles.

Adult sizes generally range from Small-2XL and you can order any combination you like. Some brands have X-Small and 3, 4 and 5-XL sizes in certain colours. You can mix colours, at no extra cost but it is dependent on quantities.

From time to time garments can be damaged during printing or be supplied with imperfections. It is rare, but because of this we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We usually order more than needed so sometimes you might get a couple of extras! We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.

We mix inks using Pantone solid coated colours. If artwork isn’t supplied to us in Pantone colours then we’ll find the closest match. There is a £10 charge, per colour for exact Pantone matching. Stock ink colours are free.

Depending on the garment, we can often use a white discharge ink. Many grey ink shades on dark shirts are usually priced as 1 colour. Other ink colours that are a lighter colour than the garment fabric will be charged as 2 colours as they require an additional underbase to get a bright finish.

Back prints/neck prints are charged as an additional print. If you want any additional prints, just state in your quote request & we’ll send over a price!

Yes! We specialise in Screen Printing textiles but we also offer an Embroidery, DTG and Transfer pressing service.

Yes, we offer a whole range of finishing services including re-labelling, neck tag printing, folding and bagging. Have a look at our finishing services section or email us for more details. Customers usually supply their own labels but we can source these for you if you’d prefer.

We can discuss any numbering and name requirements with you at the time of ordering. It may be possible to use a transfer or DTG to achieve what you need.

Samples would usually be printed using DTG (direct to garment). The sample cost is usually around £25 +VAT. Although we do offer a screen printing sample service for very large orders. Prices start at £100 + setup, delivery and VAT. We have a minimum screen printing order of 20 items per design (depending on the design). If you want to see the quality of our screen printing or embroidery then you can order a sample garment from us. Available through our webshop. We provide accurate mockups on most orders before going to print. After the mockup is approved the order will be processed.

Yes, we’re VAT registered. VAT number: 272 0272 29

Standard screen setup is £15 per screen/colour. Embroidery digitisation is charged at £20 each logo/design. All prices are subject to VAT.

If you get the same design printed again within a 4 month period then we will only charge 50% of the screen setup. Digitisation for embroidery is a one-off £20 charge.

It depends on the artwork. If the image needs completely redrawing then there will be a charge of £25 per hour. Get in touch to see if we can help.

No we don’t. You’d need someone who has a “belt printer”, cut and sew capabilities or large format sublimation machinery. Be aware that sublimation only works on garments with very high polyester content!

Standard delivery is £12 for up to 50 tees, £20 per 100 and then £5 per 100 after that. Orders are shipped on a next day delivery service. For large orders, pallet services are available.

We accept bank transfers/BACS payments or you can pay securely online when you receive a digital invoice from us.

No sorry. We require full payment before any custom orders are processed.
